Examples of our work |
A large Vancouver based group benefits insurance provider was struggling with improving client retention, growing their revenue base and putting distance between themselves and their competition. We undertook a full scale study of the ways in which they managed and interacted with their current clients over the course of a year. We then re-invented their approach to these two tasks and created a new Client Experience program. This intentional approach to interacting with their clients allows them to consistently create a positive experience for their clients, thereby increasing retention, increasing revenues, and differentiating themselves from their competition.
A medium sized firm faced the welcome challenge of maintaining their year over year exponential growth for a fourth consecutive year. Together we recognized that what had been sufficient to get them to this point, would not be sufficient to help them reach their growth goals. Nor would it support the brand positioning they desired in the marketplace. We undertook a detailed mapping of their new business acquisition process. We then worked to refine and optimize it. After drafting a rollout and change management plan, the new approach was launched. It currently serves as the foundation for their revenue growth initiatives this year. |
