What we do |
Our One on One Mentoring program is a comprehensive business skills development journey. During your sessions you will sharpen your business and leadership acumen, in a professional and fully confidential learning environment.
Graduates of the program find they are more effective in their professional lives, are capable of earning a higher income, are more promotable, and have greater control over their career.
The One on One Mentoring program is designed for upper level Management professionals whose team has revenue generating responsibilities, as well as Senior or National Account level sales professionals. The program can also be tailored for roll out across a team or department.

How we do it |
The program consists of twelve 90 minute one on one sessions conducted face to face, or via telephone.
During the sessions we will focus on formulating strategic and tactical plans to meet the business challenges you are currently facing. As we do this various methodologies, techniques and tools will be introduced. You will be exposed to sound and innovative approaches to creating business success, and at the same time build a robust skill set that will serve you well beyond our time together.
